Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your MÔV pieces.

If you change your mind about your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been used, washed, damaged, or altered cannot be returned or exchanged.

To request a return or exchange, contact us by sending a message on our instagram account @wellness.mov with your order number and reason for the request. Our team will guide you through the next steps.

Return shipping fees are covered by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or an incorrect item was sent.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
